By accessing the Focal Point website and specification resources at focalpointus.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern access to product documentation, photometric files, BIM libraries, and specification tools published by Focal Point LLC.
The materials on this site are intended for architects, lighting designers, electrical engineers, specifiers, contractors, facility owners, and other building industry professionals evaluating Focal Point luminaires for commercial projects.
Product names, photometric files, Revit families, CSI specifications, and drawings remain the intellectual property of Focal Point LLC and its licensors. Redistribution, resale, or modification for misleading purposes is prohibited. Use of IES files, BIM families, and specifications for legitimate project design work is permitted and encouraged.
Specifications, photometric values, and certification data are current as of the publication date of each document and are subject to refinement as products evolve. Final procurement decisions should reference the latest submittal PDF and IES file issued for the specific project.
Submittal reviews, substitution evaluations, and value-engineering memos are provided as technical advice. Final decisions on approval or rejection rest with the lighting designer, engineer of record, and owner.
Focal Point luminaires carry a five-year limited warranty on the luminaire, driver, and LED module under normal operating conditions. Emergency battery packs are warranted per UL 924 service life. The complete warranty document accompanies each shipment.
Focal Point LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from design decisions made using the published materials. Application engineering support is advisory; project teams retain responsibility for final design.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Disputes will be handled in Cook County, Illinois.
